Round trips only. Your driver waits while you handle the appointment, the shopping, the visit. The meter is $30 an hour, billed by the minute we actually wait. Twenty minutes at the doctor adds $10. One-way rides never pay wait time at all.

Akron-Canton Airport (CAK)
The easy airport. Forty minutes from Wooster, small terminal, short lines. We drop you at the curb and, on a round trip, we’re waiting when you land. About $117 one way from Wooster.
Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE)
The big one. About an hour up 71 from Wooster. A week of airport parking often costs more than our one-way fare, and nobody has to get up at 4 AM to drive you. About $177 one way from Wooster.
John Glenn Columbus International (CMH)
The long haul south. Split it with a travel buddy and it beats driving yourself, parking for a week, and driving home tired. About $306 one way from Wooster.

Is this the same company as Swoop / Swoosh Transportation?
Same local team, new name, better booking. We joined the Woosh Delivery family, so the drivers who know these roads now roll with the big yellow W.
How does payment work, exactly?
Cards are handled by Stripe; we never see the number. One-way rides charge the full fare when you book, and that number never changes. Round trips place a hold that covers the trip plus your estimated wait; when the ride ends we charge only the real total and the rest of the hold releases, usually within a few days depending on your bank. Prefer cash? Call or text to book instead.
What if my plans change?
Cancel any time before your driver heads out and you pay nothing: full refund, hold released. After the driver is rolling, we may keep the $15 base fare. Call or text with your confirmation code and we sort it in one message.
Can you take me to an appointment and bring me home?
That is exactly what round trip is for. We drive you there, wait at $30/hr billed by the minute, and run you home. Twenty minutes waiting adds $10, not a second charge or a second booking.
Can I book a ride for my mom, my kid, or a friend?
Yes, and people do it all the time. Put the rider's name in the name field and whichever cell number should get the driver texts, yours or theirs. Add anything useful in the notes, like "she'll be at the side entrance."
I need a ride NOW. What's the fastest option?
Call (330) 621-5108. Online booking needs 30 minutes notice, but if a driver is free we can sometimes move faster than that. Worst case, you'll know in one phone call.
How many people fit? What about car seats?
Up to 6 riders per car. Bring your own car seat and your driver will make sure it's buckled in right. Bigger group? Text us and we'll figure it out.
