We collect what a ride needs, and nothing weirder.
What we collect
Name, phone, optional email, pickup and drop-off addresses, and ride details you give us. Payment card data goes straight to Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
To run your ride: booking confirmations, driver dispatch, receipts, and follow-ups about your ride. Text messages come from our dispatch system. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; note that opting out of ride texts can make scheduled rides impractical.
Who sees it
Your driver sees the ride details. Our payment processor (Stripe), email provider, and messaging provider process data to deliver their part of the service. We do not sell your information.
