Terms of Service
Short version: we drive, you pay the posted fare, everybody's decent to each other.
Fares
Base fare $15 includes the first mile, then $3 per mile. Wait time on round trips is $30 per hour, billed by the minute of actual waiting. One-way rides never include wait time. Online quotes use estimated mileage; for unusual routes dispatch may confirm an exact fare by text before anything is charged.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. One-way fares are charged at booking. Round trips authorize a hold covering the trip plus estimated wait; the final captured amount reflects actual wait time and the remainder of the hold releases. If actual charges exceed the hold, the saved card may be charged the difference.
Cancellations
Cancel before your driver is en route: full refund or hold released, no charge. After the driver is en route, we may keep the base fare. No-shows may be charged the base fare.
Service
Rides subject to driver availability. Scheduled times are targets and we communicate delays. Seat belts on, no open containers, no smoking in vehicles. We can refuse service to anyone endangering a driver.
